Some Connect capabilities are managed with Kinspeed support rather than directly through the customer-facing pages. This keeps the day-to-day interface focused while still allowing customer-specific configuration where the platform supports it.

API-triggered workflows

Some workflows can be triggered by external systems. Kinspeed can help configure secure workflow trigger access where required, including appropriate expiry, scope, and revocation settings.

Policy changes

Security and operational policies can be adjusted per customer instance where the platform exposes policy controls. Kinspeed can help review and apply appropriate settings for your requirements.

Examples include sign-in lockout thresholds, MFA-related settings, trusted-device duration, and other instance-level controls described in Security.

Requesting a change

When requesting a managed change, include the customer Connect URL, the workflow or report affected, the business reason, and any timing requirements. Avoid sending passwords, recovery codes, integration keys, or other secrets.
