Connect shows pages and actions based on your role. If you cannot see a page or action, your account may not have access to it.

Customer Manager access

Managers can:

  • Add and edit customer users
  • Assign customer roles
  • Manage customer roles
  • Review audit logs
  • Manage report schedules where available
  • Edit published workflows where workflow management access is enabled
  • Unlock or reactivate customer accounts where permitted

Managers cannot manage protected platform operator accounts, assign platform-level access, or create and publish draft workflows.

Kinspeed-managed access

Some capabilities are managed with Kinspeed support, including:

  • Plugin and customisation changes
  • New workflow setup
  • Advanced workflow scripts
  • Platform-level policy changes
  • Customer-specific configuration

Access denied

If you open a page you do not have access to, you will see Access Denied. Contact your Manager or Kinspeed if you believe your access is incorrect.
