Notifications

Connect can show notifications in the app and send email notifications where email delivery is configured.

Email alerts

  • Report schedules can send report output by email.
  • Password reset, email verification, and email MFA messages are sent only when email delivery is configured.
  • System or workflow-specific email notifications depend on the workflow setup.

In-app alerts

  • System messages appear in the app when active.
  • Node server or connectivity warnings appear at the top of the app.
  • Account or session messages may appear during sign-in or when a session expires.

Support

If you expected a notification and did not receive it:

  1. Check the email address on your account.
  2. Check spam or quarantine rules.
  3. Confirm the report schedule or workflow notification is enabled.
  4. Contact your Manager or Kinspeed if it still does not arrive.
