Notifications
Connect can show notifications in the app and send email notifications where email delivery is configured.
Email alerts
- Report schedules can send report output by email.
- Password reset, email verification, and email MFA messages are sent only when email delivery is configured.
- System or workflow-specific email notifications depend on the workflow setup.
In-app alerts
- System messages appear in the app when active.
- Node server or connectivity warnings appear at the top of the app.
- Account or session messages may appear during sign-in or when a session expires.
Support
If you expected a notification and did not receive it:
- Check the email address on your account.
- Check spam or quarantine rules.
- Confirm the report schedule or workflow notification is enabled.
- Contact your Manager or Kinspeed if it still does not arrive.
